This year marks the 333rd anniversary of the brewery's founding in 1689, and it was brewed in a limited edition 600kg tank.
It was brewed with 33% polishing ratio of special A Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo prefecture.
The taste is refreshing and fruity.

I've been drinking sake for two years now.
I'm enjoying the difference between the sake I drank last year and
I'm enjoying the difference.
The reason I bought a bottle of Abe Kan's Goldfish this time
I wanted to use the bottle for interior decoration.
I visited Mr. Kakinuma to look for a birthday present for an acquaintance and bought one for myself.
I was happy to be able to purchase this bottle because I was very interested in it.
I was looking forward to the apple feeling as the name suggests, but I heard that this year's bottle was inspired by young, crisp apples. But the smell of fresh apples and the feeling of biting into an apple really made me feel like I was biting into an apple.
This was my first visit to Mimasu Sake Shop.
It was recommended by the shop assistant, so I bought it.
