酒主TIt is Shichida Junmai Ginjo Yamada Nishiki 50%. Nanada has many different types of sake, and I have found them all to be delicious. The cost performance is also very good. This sake has a slightly low alcohol content of 13 degrees, but this is undiluted sake. It's undiluted sake with low alcohol! That's why I wanted to try it. Maybe it's because I've only been to Tottori (?) It smells like a pear! It's easy to drink, and I enjoyed every bit of it!
