酒主TIt is Tenmyo Junmai. Is this a typical sake of Shimane Prefecture? So I bought it in Tottori prefecture. It's got a good taste of rice, a little aroma, a little acidity, a little sweetness, but it's also sharp, so it's a good value for money sake. I want to try it hot next time.
