酒主TIt's Mizubashou Ginjo. It's the kind of sake you can't resist buying at souvenir shops in Gunma. So I guess this is already the fourth time in my record? I've actually drunk it about three times that many times? For some reason, I'm a novice when it comes to alcohol, so I always keep track of how I feel on a given day. This time, too, it was slightly fruity, with no strong statement, and it didn't interfere with the food.
