酒主TIt is Hideyoshi Honjozo. It is a sake of Omagari, Akita Prefecture. I bought it at the station. It's a light, dry sake with a mild aroma that doesn't interfere with food. I drank it straight from the can, but it would have been better to transfer it to a glass. It would also be good as a refreshing hot sake.
