酒主TThis is KURAMOTO SE. It's a new sake from a brewery in Nara called Kuramoto Shuzo, and it tastes like wine! I was told that it tastes like wine, so I bought it and tried it. I once had a sake that really tasted like ramune, and this one was similar, but not quite like that. It says that it tastes like a combination of lychee, muscat, and grapefruit, but I don't understand how complicated that is.... It had an exquisite sourness and sweetness, no persistent fruity taste, and it was very refreshing. It was refreshing and completely different from the feeling of drinking sake. I was impressed that there was such a thing. Rice polishing ratio: 64%, alcohol: 14%, sake degree: -2, acidity: 2.5, but even though the sake degree was -2, it was crisp and clear.
