酒主TThis is Narusegawa Junmai. I bought it to warm up for the cold season. It's mild in both flavor and acidity, well balanced, mellow, and full! I've never been one to drink a lot of heated sake, but this one went down very quickly. I'll drink it at room temperature tomorrow!
