酒主TKakuemon Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku Jikomi (Blue). I felt this had more of a ginjo aroma than a daiginjo. I wondered if I made a mistake when I poured it. I wondered, but it had a fresh, muscat-like aroma, and it was smooth through the throat, making it the best value sake in the Kakuemon lineup for me personally.
