酒主TThis is Ryoseki Honjozo Cold Sake. This is also a local sake of Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture. There are a lot of signboards, so I wanted to try it, so I asked for it. It's a square bottle with 300ml in it, and it's not called "chilled sake" but "cold sake". It's a blend of honjozo and ginjo. It's a blend of honjozo and ginjo sake. That's what the landlady said, but I drank this to refresh myself after drinking a lot of hot sake... It wasn't that refreshing...
