酒主TThis is the Kubota Senju Ginjo. It's been a very long time. I didn't know it had the word "Ginjo" on the label. It's been a while since I've tasted a representative of Niigata, so I had this one. I wanted to say that it tasted as good as ever, but I've been drinking a lot of other types of sake lately, so I felt like I was missing something this time.
