I went on a trip to Gunma and was able to buy skunk cabbage for the first time in 8 years 😊. I had been looking for it for a long time, but never found any, so I decided to buy some for sure. I bought this one because it was the one I was looking for and the label was cute. But after I bought it, I looked at it carefully and saw that it was a zodiac sign label and was made in December 2010. It was a little old 😢. But it has a fruity aroma and dry taste with a clean aftertaste. It was delicious.

Purchased at a liquor store tasting. Of the various colored labels I drank, I tried the snow label. I found it to be tasty and sweet. It is a type of sake to be drunk slowly and savored. Delicious.

It seems to be a prototype made using the old manufacturing method and available only in limited places, but my family bought it and I tried it. I tried it and found it to have the same sourness and sweetness as nigori sake, but without the oozy taste. It's great that they are trying different things. ‼️

Sweet but clean, with a dry aftertaste. I have not had this type of wine very often. I don't like sweet wine, but it tastes good because it is refreshing.

It is clear and dry without any unnecessary aroma or sweetness. Since I usually drink only junmai sake, I feel something light. It goes well with meals. But I still prefer junmai sake.

I bought it because I heard that it is not widely distributed by the same brewer as Sharaku. It is drier and more refreshing than Sharaku. It is very tasty in its own way.

When I went to buy Hakusen, I saw the label on the bottle and decided immediately to buy it, even though it was over my budget. ‼️ It was the first time I saw it. It was written that it was only available at stores that carry it, so I guess it's a rare one. It has a refreshing but gorgeous aroma and flavor. It also has a hint of sweetness. Very tasty 😋.
