This is the first time I have seen this brewer Kuheiji. The label is cute 🩷.

I love Kirizukuba and drink a lot of it, but this one seems to use Kumamoto yeast.
The label is also stylish.
It is refreshing, but has a nice aroma and is very tasty.

It was hard to find and I hadn't had a drink in about 15 years.
This is the first time I've had Earth. What a complex taste.
It said honey, golden kiwi, and apple vinegar, but it tastes sweet and leaves a sour taste.
I guess it is better to drink it slowly.

I thought mandarin orange flowers would be sweeter, but after the gorgeous aroma, it was quite dry.
There was a hint of oaky woodiness at the end.

I went on a trip to Gunma and was able to buy skunk cabbage for the first time in 8 years 😊.
I had been looking for it for a long time, but never found any, so I decided to buy some for sure.
I bought this one because it was the one I was looking for and the label was cute. But after I bought it, I looked at it carefully and saw that it was a zodiac sign label and was made in December 2010. It was a little old 😢.
But it has a fruity aroma and dry taste with a clean aftertaste. It was delicious.

It seems to be a prototype made using the old manufacturing method and available only in limited places, but my family bought it and I tried it.
I tried it and found it to have the same sourness and sweetness as nigori sake, but without the oozy taste.
It's great that they are trying different things. ‼️
