I tried it for the first time. I didn't really like the type of sweetness and slight effervescence, but the dry and refreshing aftertaste made it a delicious drink. There were many kinds and I had a hard time deciding which one to try, but I chose this one because it was recommended as a limited edition. I would like to try others.

When I go to Gunma, I buy skunk cabbage😊. This is my first Junmai Ginjo. Compared to Junmai Daiginjo, it is more acidic and dry. It is refreshing to drink. But I preferred Junmai Daiginjo. Yuzu shiokara (salted yuzu citrus fruit) that I bought at the SA on the way back goes well with sake 😋.

I bought it because the design stood out to me. It is dry with a hint of sweetness. It is sharp and the sweetness spreads at the end. It is refreshing, but very drinkable.

I drank it for the first time. It was refreshing and light, but not too spicy. It doesn't interfere with food. Looking at the label on the back, I wonder if Yuho was named after a UFO. Good sense of naming👍

At a pub I went to for the first time. I hadn't had it in about 20 years, but it's delicious 😋. It has a strong, sweet taste, but with a clean aftertaste and not cloying. I hope I can find it again.

A gift. This is the first sake I have ever known. I like junmai sake, so I have never had much experience with ginjo-shu because of its light image, but this one is very tasty. It is refreshing, but has umami flavor and does not interfere with meals. I will try drinking ginjo-shu from now on.

The wine-like label was cute and a total label buy. It said "small brewery" on the liquor store, so I guess you don't see it very often. It was sweet and sour like a cloudy sake.

Purchased at Seijo Ishii at the end of the year. This is the first time I have seen this brewer Kuheiji. The label is cute 🩷. Slightly sweet and umami. The aftertaste is dry.

I love Kirizukuba and drink a lot of it, but this one seems to use Kumamoto yeast. The label is also stylish. It is refreshing, but has a nice aroma and is very tasty.

It was hard to find and I hadn't had a drink in about 15 years. This is the first time I've had Earth. What a complex taste. It said honey, golden kiwi, and apple vinegar, but it tastes sweet and leaves a sour taste. I guess it is better to drink it slowly.

I bought it because of the name. I thought mandarin orange flowers would be sweeter, but after the gorgeous aroma, it was quite dry. There was a hint of oaky woodiness at the end. It was very drinkable.

I went on a trip to Gunma and was able to buy skunk cabbage for the first time in 8 years 😊. I had been looking for it for a long time, but never found any, so I decided to buy some for sure. I bought this one because it was the one I was looking for and the label was cute. But after I bought it, I looked at it carefully and saw that it was a zodiac sign label and was made in December 2010. It was a little old 😢. But it has a fruity aroma and dry taste with a clean aftertaste. It was delicious.
