I had relatives living in Rokugo, but I couldn't go back to my parents' house, so I went to a sake brewery near my hometown. It's actually my first time drinking Kuribayashi Shuzo.
I had a classmate named Nishine, but I'm going with Higashine!
On the first day, I thought it was a sake that didn't catch on at all, but from the second day, it became a sake with a pleasantly cloying acidity that lingers. The smoothness of the mouthfeel and the cleanliness of the water were also felt. I'd like to try Nishine for this one.
