I had relatives living in Rokugo, but I couldn't go back to my parents' house, so I went to a sake brewery near my hometown. It's actually my first time drinking Kuribayashi Shuzo. I had a classmate named Nishine, but I'm going with Higashine! On the first day, I thought it was a sake that didn't catch on at all, but from the second day, it became a sake with a pleasantly cloying acidity that lingers. The smoothness of the mouthfeel and the cleanliness of the water were also felt. I'd like to try Nishine for this one.

This ginjo-shu is a heavy drinker. It is thick, and the sourness lingers, so it is not something you can just drink. It goes better with cheese than with meat, and it goes well with cheese.

Today, 5 days after opening, it finished sweet and delicious. I like this one better now that it's been open longer.

Soft Ginjo aroma. The balance and juiciness of this sake goes well with a menu full of meat. 15 degrees and it disappears easily. It's nice to have a bottle of crushable sake like this in the fridge. Now that pubs can't open for business, we have the opportunity to drink at home, but it's complicated. I want lots of opportunities to enjoy it at a restaurant. Sake I want to drink again.

Junmai Ginjo of Osan. Ramune, juicy, and light at 13 degrees, it's almost like drinking a juice. The sweet aftertaste quickly disappears and the bitterness remains.

When I wasn't really interested in sake, I was served Yamahai lukewarm because it was supposed to go well with food, and I had the impression that I didn't like sour sake. I thought the sourness that came after the sweetness was pleasant. The rhythm of the sweetness coming in waves after the sweetness was interesting, and I found myself drinking it again and again. For some reason, it took me a few months to finish it, but the sourness dissipated over time, and I felt it was much the same as the special junmai-shu version. I'd buy it again if I had the chance to drink it at the regular price. Oh, by the way, I forgot to try drinking it warmed up.

After a fruity touch, the sourness comes! (The sourness disappeared after the second day, but is it typical for sake that the sourness subsides after the second day? I've been storing it in a vacuum bag. The sake is juicy and easy to drink, but has a full-bodied Junmai feel. And it was a delicious sake with a long aftertaste. I've had the 75% polished Aizan from another brewery before, and compared to that, it was much cleaner with no miscellaneous flavors. I would like to try it again this year when the same series is released. I've had Manzaku no Hana in a 4-gallon bottle before, but it was so good that I bought it again in a 1-gallon bottle.

It's pineapple juice, as you know. There is still a tendency to call sweet and fruity drinks as drinks that women like, but gender has nothing to do with taste, right? I'm sure I'll end up drinking it endlessly with a light snack while thinking, "Why not? The sake I've been drinking lately has been of the robust type, so the 14% alcohol is very comfortable. Regardless of gender, this is the one I would recommend to someone who is not a fan of sake. I went to Kameizumi once, and I remember the sign on the office door that said, "Please close the door because the cat is coming in! I remember the sign on the office door.

This is the first time I drank sake from Shiga. I'm from Tohoku and not familiar with the breweries in Kansai, so I didn't even know it was famous there. It's not so much that it's dark, but that it has a delicious flavor. It has a flavor that makes me want to pair it with meat dishes, but it may not be suitable for our lightly seasoned, vegetable-rich home cooking. It is made in a wooden tank and has a wooden feel to it. It's so good that you want to drink it in small sips, but you'll end up having another. I can understand why you would want to let it sit for a while. I also wanted to use a light sake from Tohoku as a chaser. LOL!

I thought it would not go well with raw fish, but it went well with bonito sashimi with a lot of condiments.

Today I'm drinking sake from Tohoku. Last year I bought a 4-pack and it was so good that I bought another 1-pack, and this year I bought another limited edition bottle. I saw a food writer I trust buy a bottle of Josui and drink it at home, so I figured it must be good sake. When I looked for it, I was glad to find a shop that carries it in my neighborhood. It has a sweetness and density like white sugar, with very little sourness or bitterness. There is not much change in the taste even after a day. After drinking so many different kinds of sake, I wanted a little complexity in the taste. This is delicious though.

A slight tingle only on the first day, but the sweetness is not so strong even though it is a melon, so it is a ripe prince melon. It's juicy and just the right amount of richness to leave a lasting cut. It's delicious. It was the kind of sake I've been wanting to drink lately. Let's also try drinking the Junmai Nakadarare. It is the sake of Kitakata city. Speaking of Kitakata, it is ramen, but there is no history that ramen was popular originally, and as a result of thinking about making something famous with the local clean and delicious water, it seems to have become a subject to make ramen. I heard this in the past from work. I wonder if the goodness of sake has something to do with water.

I bought this to win Tokyo. This is a very busy sake, and the unpleasant taste I felt when I first opened it disappeared after two days, and the balance of the modest sweetness and bitterness made it easy to go with any drink. The idea of blending arabashiri and blame is interesting. I was able to buy it at Shinjuku Isetan.

I left it in the freezer once. So I haven't been able to taste the actual potential of this drink, so no comment on the tasting. I really feel sorry for the person who made it. Still, the aroma is faintly pineapple, and the finish is wonderfully crisp.

I was looking for and bought Hououmita because I enjoyed the Tsurugi I drank the other day. I'm not sure if it was because I was drunk, but my first impression was "hot! It has an impression of grapefruit, but not juicy fruit, and it mellows a little after a day. Not too sweet, not too dry, good balance. The balance is good, not too sweet and not too dry, with a hint of the Cabernet that I felt in the bottle. This is the only way I can describe it with my current sake vocabulary. It's not the kind of sake I want to drink right now, but it's delicious in its own way, so I drink it. It was a good learning experience. I was nervous when I entered Kagataya, but it was a nice shop and I wanted to come back to shop.

I thought it wasn't bad, but I don't remember much (because I was drunk). I'd like to come back to Tawiyo Bar because you can expect good snacks and craft beer. It's right next to Kagataya.
