This is Aizan from Chuai.
There is no description on the bottle, but it is said to be -5 on the sake scale.
It is a delicious bottle!
A little sweet, refreshing, and penetratingly delicious.
I can't stand the feeling of my body being poisoned by the umami.
Where can I buy it?
It seems to be a small sake brewery, but I hope they do their best!

It is another brand of Sentori.
Perhaps it is similar to classic Sentori?
