I bought this one because the one I drank at New Year's in Haruka was so good that I had to repeat it, and I was right! The freshness, sweetness, and bitterness are similar to Haruka's. The price is just as cute. Pretty good value for the price! If they had a direct pumped sake, check it out! I made up my mind as I entered my second year of drinking sake at home.

I forgot to raise the alcohol I drank during the New Year's holiday. Takashimizu is a brand that my parents used to drink all the time, but my daughter bought it for the first time. The texture is smooth, not too thick, and rather flat. It has a characteristic green apple-like acidity. It tasted best on the second day, rather than after a few days. Maybe I was just tired of drinking it... I would like to drink other versions. Takashimizu oh 〜〜〜〜!!!!!!!!

It was a bit gassy when it was first opened, with a bit of grapiness, I think. If I don't write about it right after drinking it, I'll forget. After the second day, the sourness started to come out, and rather than sweet and sour, it was more like a fully ripe lemon. This is delicious in its own way. I've had a black Yamamoto once, and I thought it was a bit crumbly, but this is solid and not crushable. It's a rather sour drink. It is strong. Everyone buys No. 6 anyway, right? Then I'll buy No. 7! But it's not the kind of sake to drink that way. When I drank it, I wondered what the No. 6 was like. But it's not the kind of sake you drink. I think it tasted best when it was about two weeks old. At that time, of course, it was almost gone, and I was sad to see it go... If it goes on like this, next year I'll have more sake that I want to repeat in a bottle.

Kuma-san konbanha (´´holy shit´´) I know I'll forget if I don't review soon❗️. I'm drinking it as I review it😁. The 6️⃣ was sweet with low acidity 😊.

Hello Eririn~! I see you enjoyed #6 as well! When I read reviews of sake, I want to know how the taste changes 😌, so I forget about it as I set aside time to write those reviews myself.

I became a fan of Jr. when I was a fool in Corona. What is "juicy dry"? The answer to that question. Just after opening the bottle, it was too dry and it hit my throat. 、、、、、 But after a couple of weeks, it became a beautiful, dry wine with a light grape flavor and a long, delicious finish. But I missed it because I was almost done drinking it by then. I will buy more of Jr.'s sake.

This is my first sake from Ishikawa. It's sizzling, has a gentle Gundam (Cemedine -> Gunpla -> Gundam) feel, fresh sweetness and freshness, and the lightness of 14 degrees makes it easy to enjoy.

I couldn't buy the new Miyamanishiki sake from a certain sake brewery, so I decided to try a sake that I've been curious about for a while (as a member of the same sex... I've seen reviews of sake made by women that say "women have a delicate taste," but that's like saying men can't have a delicate taste.) I decided to try this Miyamanishiki for the first time. Fine bubbles arrive in the glass, but with a modest fizziness. It has a modest ginjo aroma, a touch of grapiness, and a nice balance between not too thin and not too thick. It's not flashy, but it's delicious. I thought it might be a little too sweet for a midday drink, but the sharpness is okay, so it's not stubborn. I drank it over a period of two weeks, but the sourness didn't show until the end, and it was a beautiful sake that didn't change much. I'd like to try other sakes made from other rice varieties. I'd like to go see them next time I'm in Bukuro.

On the first day, it had a dry, hard body with a sake content of +6. On the second day, the edgy acidity started to come out, and this one was more sour than sour sweet! Yukimi is still my favorite beauty after the second day.

As a lover of sweet and sour, I couldn't resist buying it when I heard that it was Sour Sweet. It is sweet with a sake content of -10 degrees and has a smooth body with an alcohol content of 13 degrees, making it easy to drink. But even after waiting for a few days, the acidity did not come out at all, which was a shame. It was a sweet sake until the end.

I drank a tank of it at the end of the year and it was delicious, so when the liquor store opened at the beginning of the year, I bought this one, which has a good reputation, and carried it on my back. In the style of a record store, it was a nice price. I've never been a fan of muddy sake, but this one was very easy to drink. It was not gassy. It doesn't have any particular character, but it is well-balanced, and even if you buy a bottle and drink it lazily, it is a nice sake that will keep you company. I'm going to try a lot of the sake from the Fukurokuju Sake Brewery this year❤️.

This is a sake from my home prefecture, but it is the first sake from the Fukurokuju Sake Brewery that I have had. It was fresh and had a sweetness that disappeared quickly without being overpowering. I remember noticing that it was gone in two days and wondering why Minami-Akita-gun is in the northern part of Akita....

I had a preconceived notion that Kariho was a very dry sake, but this one changed my impression completely. It had just the right amount of sweetness with a hint of rice juice. (The bottle also has a melon feel to it). The sweetness is well-balanced, and the origari feeling is just right. It's not going to change much after opening the bottle, but it will be easier to read. I'm not sure if I'd like to have a bottle next time after drinking it.

I was curious about the 4-year-old version, so I ordered it. When I poured it, the color was Shaoxing wine and the taste was Shaoxing wine. LOL! (I found out that Shaoxing wine is also a rice wine. (I didn't know that Shaoxing wine is also a rice wine.) Since it's unfiltered, there's some sediment, which is the end result of the ori. (I didn't know that.) Since it's unfiltered, the sediment is the result of the ori. I don't think it's mold, though. No problem with the taste! I drank it slowly, but as the days went by, it became a little sour and sweet. It was a slow drink. It was not bad.

I bought it to drink during the year-end and New Year holidays. It's my first time to try Haruka Junmai namaishu, so I was excited to open the bottle. At the first sip, the freshness of the raw sake, the sweetness that comes in a rush, the soft texture unique to Haruka, and that unique fruit juice like liquid with a clean watery feel all come together and spread in your mouth. It's delicious. And it is thick. It has more power than Ginjo. This is an energy drink! It's so fresh and sweet that it doesn't really go well with a meal, does it? It's the first time I've ever had a Haruka that made me think it wouldn't go well with a meal. It's actually the first new sake season since I started drinking sake at home, and I'm overwhelmed. The second day is sweet and delicious, the third day is sweet and sour❤️, and the fourth day is calmer and has more of that delicious Haruka water feeling. It was supposed to be a slow drink over the New Year's holiday, but even though I had other sakes open, I drank it all in 4 days. I'd like to drink it again, and I'd like to drink the ginjo direct pumping sake when it comes out. I hope I can find lots of good sake this year too!

It was sweet-sweet at first, but now, after 3 days, it's both sour and sweet. It's well balanced and delicious. It's a highly complete landing. I can't praise bad words that deny your personality, but I think you can complain with gusto! It's been a year like the result of not complaining. This was actually the first bottle of Kudoki I bought, and the reason I bought it. The only thing I can do is drink it, but I want to support you, Jr. I hope to see you next year 💛 Love you and more and more!

Sweet. A little bitterness like Shinshu Kameari after the sweetness. The sourness did not come out at all. The impact may have been weakened by the fact that I opened another sweet and heavy sake at the same time. It was sweet all the way through. It's good as usual, but if I had to pick a favorite, I'd say I prefer the Miyamanishiki Ginjo, which changes to sweet and sour.

I was interested in Toyoga, where the brewer is a woman (gender has nothing to do with sake brewing, but as a member of the same sex), and tried drinking Hiyaoroshi. It starts off thick and sweet, like a fully ripe persimmon. Slightly bitter taste. I wasn't in a sweet and heavy mood, so I drank it little by little, but even if I wasn't in a sweet and heavy mood, it was still delicious, so I kept drinking it little by little. Because of the high strength, I didn't feel like drinking it all at once, so it took me a while to finish it, but I think I liked it best two weeks after I finished it. The sourness didn't really come out until the end. I would like to try the other ones.

It is 80, but is it Ginjo? It is so smooth. But it's not shabby and not lacking. It has a subdued aroma, and it doesn't have a particularly strong personality. But it's clean and free of miscellaneous flavors, and can be easily enjoyed as a mid-meal sake. If anything, it's a dry sake. I'll drink as much as I can.

Freshly opened, my impression is strawberry! 🍓 Manchurian flower-like kick in intensity. The aroma is subdued. It doesn't have the ginjo feel that I felt with last year's Junmai Aizan. It is a Junmai Genshu, but it is Ginjo-like. At first I thought it was too sweet for a food sake, but the next day the sourness started to come out slowly, and after a week it was good. But I think Aizan is too sweet for me now. But it's cheaper than 3000 yen. I'm looking forward to the other Junmai series.

I wanted to try a good honjozo, so I left with a bottle on my back. Izakaya are open these days, and liquor stores are moving their stock faster than during the declared state of emergency. It's light and the melon feeling continues even after two weeks of opening the bottle. It's sweet, but it's a refreshing fruit-like sweet entrance, but then it's very sharp. I don't think I'll be repeating a bottle because of the alcoholiness (which seems to affect the drunkenness), but I'm sure there are those who like this brewed alcohol-like dry sharpness. If you're unhappy with it, then pay a little more and get some pure rice sake! I guess that's what I'm saying❤️
