I haven't had Urakasumi since I was in Miyagi. It's my first time to drink a bottle raw. Chilled. The taste of the rice spreads softly. It's a sake that is easy to drink. It's easy to pair with other drinks, so it's perfect for sipping. The aroma is medium, a little apple. When you drink it, you don't feel much fruitiness. It has a smooth texture, but it also has umami, sharpness, acidity, and little sweetness.

It has a fruity aroma that is not too sweet. When you drink it, you can feel a little gas. It's lively. The balance of acidity and umami is very good. Next, turn the bottle upside down and drink it with nigori sake. The color is a solid white. It has a wonderful oriental feel. The flavor is much stronger. It is easy to drink without any peculiarities. I really like Yamagata's sake. Next time, I'll raise the temperature a bit.
