I felt it was a very well-balanced sake. The sweetness of the rice and the acidity are well balanced. I found myself drinking it all the time. Personally, I would have liked it to be a bit more than that, but... I think it's great as a food sake. It is a good sake that enhances any dish without interfering with it!
Be careful when opening the bottle as it is fizzy and foamy. After carefully opening and closing the bottle several times, the wine mixes in the bottle and becomes cloudy white and pure white like snow. Once you drink it, the fizzy feeling, moderate acidity, and refreshing taste with no peculiarities at all will keep you coming back for more (laugh). I would definitely drink this sake again!
Apple-like aroma, gorgeous sourness and gasiness on the palate, great freshness. Not too much sweetness, more fruity, and solidly delicious! I want to drink it again!
It has a smooth mouthfeel, a firm sweetness, almost no acidity, and a moderate alcohol content that finishes slowly. I think the alcohol is a little bit bothersome.
I'm sorry, but I guess I'm not a fan of this sake... I can't say for sure since this is all a matter of taste, but it's like a heated sake... full of alcohol. I bought the label for this sake, so I will display it well.
This is a refreshing sake that is typical of Chokaizan. The mouthfeel is smooth, with a hint of sweetness and acidity in the ginjo, and then it quickly disappears.
The mouthfeel is clean and dry. It has a citrusy taste with a hint of grapefruit and astringency. The umami comes out slowly afterward, and the wine wears off quickly. It has a clean and crisp aftertaste and goes well with food.
I was really curious about this sake, so I ordered it online for the first time. The moment I was excited to open it, the cork flew off like champagne (lol)! It's not dry, but it goes down smoothly with a lingering aftertaste. The sweetness is really there as if you are drinking a juice, yet the rice flavor is strong. The acidity is not that strong! It is a sake that makes you want to drink it again.
Good balance of sweetness and acidity! The mouthfeel is delicious with a firm umami flavor! But it feels strong for its alcohol content, so you may get drunk quickly (laugh).
The mouthfeel is very soft and gently sweet! It is very easy to drink, with little acidity and no moister feeling! It's delicious! Really soft, gentle and easy to drink!
The mouthfeel is sweet and firm. The thickened aftertaste is not unpleasant, and it ends without any unpleasant sensation. It is quite a delicious sake!
Nine end of sale...sorry to say, but I managed to get one of the last sellouts! Cool label! I'm going to display it! The taste is not too sweet for a kijoshu, and is it really a kijoshu? It tasted like it was really kijoshu. It was refreshingly sweet and easy to drink.
It is full of bubbles, as is typical of nama-shu! However, I wonder if this is a completely new nama-shu compared to the nama-shu I've had before! Lactic acidity like yogurt? It has a sour taste like yogurt or lactobacillus. The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink, but the sourness at the mouth is too unique to be swishy... Of course, I don't dislike it!
It's not that I don't like it very much, but the mouthfeel is smooth and it's a bit muddy... The sharpness is very good, but the umami and a little lack of flavor is still there.
