Firm and dry (lol), just like a Kochi sake. It has just the right amount of acidity and ginjo flavor, and goes in easily. The cut is also good.

My favorite Yamamoto-san. This time, it is definitely good without betrayal! The aroma is subdued, the mouthfeel is sweet and moderately acidic, and the finish is crisp and delicious! Both the sweetness and acidity are modest, and I wonder if it was made to be paired with any meal.

I was excited to open it because it is my favorite Yamamoto... The aroma was fresh and fruity! But I didn't like the taste... The sweetness and sourness came first, then the sourness and ginjo taste on the back palate left me disappointed with the alcohol taste...
