The mouthfeel is a sweet drink, sour and sweet, and the aftertaste is alcoholic, so I guess it's not my favorite classification... but I think the drinking experience is interesting!
The fruity sweetness, pleasant acidity, complex sweetness and balance are very amazing! Every Niimasa is delicious! My only regret is that it is hard to find!
The aroma is subdued and the aftertaste is very refreshing! Dry, as is typical of Kochi sake, with a very refreshing aftertaste! There is little alcohol taste, which I don't like! It has little complexity, and the taste is refreshing and clean.
The mouthfeel is very mild! It has a slight acidity, umami, and ginjo aroma, and finishes with a refreshing aftertaste without feeling that much alcohol. However, if you keep drinking it, you may start to feel the alcohol more strongly...
Very sweet...with a hint of alcohol inside...delicious! I didn't have a good impression of Uguisu in the garden, so I was betrayed in a good way! Very interesting to drink!
My favorite Yamamoto-san. This time, it is definitely good without betrayal! The aroma is subdued, the mouthfeel is sweet and moderately acidic, and the finish is crisp and delicious! Both the sweetness and acidity are modest, and I wonder if it was made to be paired with any meal.
It is not a trendy sake these days, but a traditional sake. It is dry with good acidity and a crisp ginjo taste, but it leaves a lingering alcohol taste that is a little bitter.
Gorgeous aroma, strong acidity on the palate with a touch of alcohol on the back end, easy to drink, but not my favorite! It is easy to drink, but not a bad sake at all!
Yamamoto-san, my favorite! The acidity is in full bloom right from the mouth! But it is not a sourness that is unpleasant, but a slight sweetness and fruity taste in the sourness, but it does not leave a bad taste! As expected from my favorite Mr. Yamamoto!
The mouthfeel is very tasty with moderate acidity, rice sweetness and umami! The aftertaste is slightly alcoholic, which is unfortunate, but the start is very tasty!
I was excited to open it because it is my favorite Yamamoto... The aroma was fresh and fruity! But I didn't like the taste... The sweetness and sourness came first, then the sourness and ginjo taste on the back palate left me disappointed with the alcohol taste... I guess I had high expectations, but the difference was too big...
Yum! Sour but not too harsh, rice flavor, fruity, and hard to find, plus it feels good (lol), definitely at the top of my personal deliciousness ranking!
I thought the aroma might be a little bitter with its fresh acidity and alcoholic aroma. But the mouthfeel is fresh and acidic, but with a good sharpness that makes it very easy to drink!
Moderate acidity and a refreshing taste. It has a good sharpness. It leaves a lingering aftertaste. It is refreshing and easy to drink, but I don't like the feeling of alcohol after drinking.
