It is full of bubbles, as is typical of nama-shu! However, I wonder if this is a completely new nama-shu compared to the nama-shu I've had before! Lactic acidity like yogurt? It has a sour taste like yogurt or lactobacillus. The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink, but the sourness at the mouth is too unique to be swishy... Of course, I don't dislike it!
