The aroma is pool (lol), the mouthfeel is balanced bitterness to the preceding, the overall feeling is heavy, and there is no unpleasant alcohol taste, making it easy to drink.
The mouthfeel is mildly sweet like a mango, but not too bitter, with little acidity and little alcohol. It is not sharp, but it is easy to drink, and I guess it is a sweet type of wine,
Junmai Ginjo Mellow, Haruyama. It was described as sweet, but I personally found it to be quite the opposite. It has a ginjo feel first and is refreshing, but it is not sweet at all because it ends up with a ginjo feel!
Daiginjo, dry, Kosaburo limited, Nakakumi Nama-shu. The ginjo feeling precedes the sake, and the sharpness is good, but the rest of the ginjo feeling remains, which is a pity...
Junmai Ginjyo Genshu, Sakurahime. Amazing simplicity! No clutter, soft peachy sweetness, no acidity, little ginjo flavor, and a rapid cut that remains unchanged from the start of the drink. A delicious sake that is very easy to drink. It seems to go well with all kinds of food.
Junmai Daiginjo, Sword. I expected it to be sharp and sharp, but my expectations were not that high... The mouthfeel starts with a gentle ginjo sensation and ends with a straightforward taste. It starts off with a gentle ginjo sensation and ends up with a ginjo sensation all the way through.
Junmai Daiginjo, Sakurahime. The mouthfeel is quite refreshing, with little ginjo, some acidity and a simple taste. Almost no sweetness. Easy to drink!
Honjozo sake, Shimanami. The aroma is ginjo-like, and the mouthfeel is simple with a slight acidity, ginjo flavor, and no cloying taste. It is easy to drink with a nice sharpness. The rest of the sake is a little disappointing because of the ginjo flavor.
Unfiltered, Junmai Daiginjo, Shizuku Ehime 45... The mouthfeel is quite refreshing and straightforward with no cloying taste. It is easy to drink with little ginjo flavor.
The mouthfeel is rather sweet, with no unpleasant ginjo flavor, and it is an easy-drinking type of sake that wears off quickly and easily. It is not a sharp sake, but it is easy to drink.
The mouthfeel is quite refreshing, and the bitterness precedes the taste. The bitterness and the ginjo taste precede it, so I guess it's not my favorite type...
An immediate bitterness after the refreshment, but it doesn't leave a bad aftertaste. I'd say it's refreshing, but I think it leaves a bit of bitterness...
It has a sweet taste, followed by a slight bitterness, and ends with an overall sweet taste. I don't dislike it... but if you ask me if it goes well with sashimi or something, I'm not so sure...
The mouthfeel is well-balanced with soft acidity and sweetness, with a good amount of ginjo flavor... It cuts right through... It is a little different from other sake... It is hard to describe... It is a sake that emphasizes balance. (It's hard to describe...it's a well-balanced sake.)
