Bikuyo Junmai Ginjo CEL-24 My first sake from Kochi 🍶. The rumored CEL-24 yeast is really juicy pineapple & has a gasiness that is hard to believe it is fire-aged! Sweet but with a nice sharpness at the end! I love it!

Shiki Sensation Shu I bought this one from Lajomon because of the cute pink bottle 🍶. Soft sweetness, crisp acidity, and the strength of the old style namemoto. The color of the bottle also makes the mouthfeel like eating strawberries. The bitterness at the end is very nice. Delicious.

Sanzen Sakura Sakura Sakura Nigori (Cherry Blossom Nigori) I bought this one with a cute cherry blossom label. First of all, it took 10 minutes to open the bottle after repeatedly opening and closing it. It's so~~ delicious.

Tetorigawa Junmai Daiginjo Hyakumangoku No Shiro Tetorigawa was the first sake we have had in a long time to support the recovery from the earthquake. The rice is "Hyakumangoku No Shiro," which is a low protein sake rice, so it is very clear. It is a light sake with a freshness and a gaseous taste that makes it easy to drink.
