Yuki no Mayu Junmai Ginjo
Last year, they rebranded from "Sake Forest" to "Yukinomayu" (I didn't know that 💦 I liked the label of "Sake Forest").
(I didn't know that 💦 I liked the label on the Josu-Mori label...)
The freshness and lychee flavor of the raw sake, the moderate sweetness and acidity from the single-stage brewing, and the good dryness.
This would go well with any tsumami 😊.
Delicious.
