Kokugon Ginjo Yamahai Junmai Fukunoka
Kunigon-san, which has not been served in a long time since Minami Aizu was awarded GI status.
It is brewed with "Fukunoka" sake rice developed by Fukushima Prefecture and "F7-01" yeast under the concept of "Yamahai" which tastes good even when cold.
