It is a sake of Kanagawa prefecture. It is brewed with Wakamizu from Kanagawa prefecture. I tasted several kinds of sake before I bought it, and compared to other sake with a unique aroma, it is not habitual and easy to drink. It is a perfect sake for Hanami. This sake brewery is located in Matsuda-machi, Kanagawa Prefecture. The nearby mountain is a famous place for cherry blossom viewing. By the way, the empty bottle is used as a flower vase now. Evil way? 🤔

Sake from Mie Prefecture. The dark flavor spreads in the mouth. It has a fruity and mild sweetness, with a refreshing acidity after that. Jikin is a fantastic sake for me. Sometimes you can find empty bottles lined up at the entrance of an izakaya, but there are few places where you can actually drink it in my area. It's the kind of sake that I'd definitely drink if I saw it alongside "Sakusaku". I want to see you again somewhere. This time, I went to Ise City in Mie Prefecture last autumn and drank it standing up. I envy the people in Mie Prefecture.

A sake from Mie Prefecture. A refreshing sake with a soft, elegant sweetness from the rice that goes well down the throat. The aroma is not overpowering, so it can be served hot or cold. My sake must be Tohoku! This is a series that broke through my preconceived notion that my sake should be Tohoku. It's the kind of sake you can't resist drinking when you see it. I ran into it at a liquor store in a neighboring town. The next time I went there, it was already gone. I guess the timing was good.

It is a sake of Mie Prefecture. It is brewed with Omachi. It is an elegant sake with a nice blend of two kinds of Junmai Ginjo. The taste is fruity and gorgeous. You can enjoy the aroma and taste. Saku is the type of sake that you would expect from Tohoku. It is one of the sake that broke through my preconceived notion that sake should be Tohoku. The taste is unexpected in a good way. There are many good sake everywhere in Japan. I bought it at a liquor store in front of Ise City Station in Mie Prefecture. You can compare them here.

Sake from Aomori Prefecture. It is brewed with Hanabuki Yuki and Mutsu Homare. It does not have any strong habits and has a refreshing taste that can be easily matched with any food. This is also a delicious sake that you may find yourself drinking up. I drank this sake on a trip before. I also visited a sake brewery in Kuroishi City on that trip, so this is very nostalgic. It reminds me of a historical sake brewery with a stately appearance.

Sake from Aomori prefecture. It is brewed with Hanabukiyuki rice. It is dry and refreshing to drink. It is a calm and famous sake that goes well with not only Japanese but also western style. At the inn where I stayed before. It is a cup of memory that makes you nostalgic for the days when you could go on a trip without worrying about anything.

Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of the bottle, so I'm not sure if you can tell, but this is the Jo-Sen Nakurayama. It was so good that I had to have another one. This sake is from Aizu Wakamatsu in Fukushima. It's brewed with Hitomebore. It has little aroma, but it has a pleasant sweetness. The flavor soaks through quickly. At a popular izakaya in Jujo. Skewered pork cutlets, nuta, and meat tofu. This is the kind of restaurant you want to pass on to the next generation.

Sake from Niigata Prefecture. It is brewed with Gohyakumai rice. The left side by the way. It is dry and light. It is so refreshing that you may end up drinking too much. It's probably best for drinking after dark. It's better served lukewarm than cold. At an izakaya in the neighborhood.

Sake from Fukui Prefecture. It is brewed with Gohyakumangoku. The right side by the way. It seems to be refreshing, but it has a fruity aroma and a rich feeling. The label is also sparkling. When I hear the name "Kuroryu", I think anything is good! It's so strange. And it's certainly delicious. At a local pub. I don't know what I should do if I took a picture with another brand.

Sake from Akita Prefecture. It is a Junmai Ginjo brewed with Miyamanishiki. It is said that its name comes from "the most delicious sake made from white rice and water". It is really deep. It is an honest rice sake with no strange habits. If I were to use an analogy, I'd say it's like a senior who can be relied on for anything 😀 . I think it's a good sake for a meal. At a sake bar in my neighborhood. It's a place that teaches me about delicious sake that I didn't know existed.

Needless to say, this is a sake from Yamagata Prefecture. This is a Junmaishu Daiginjo brewed with Aizan. It is quite sweet on the palate and refreshing by the time it passes down the throat. It is a type of sake that you can enjoy the change. I bought it at Kamoshika in Yonezawa last autumn. It's a nice place with a wide variety of sake from Yamagata's lower regions. It's a nice shop with a lot of sake from Yamagata.

This sake has received many awards. It is brewed with a hybrid of Yamadanishiki called "Yumesansui". The ginjo aroma is suppressed, and it is a little plain and refreshing through the throat. This is also a Daiginjo that goes well with meals. It may be the perfect sake to serve when you invite people over (although it is hard to get together these days). I actually visited the brewery last summer and bought it. You can also visit the very old but splendid building.

Junmai Ginjo brewed with "Kaminoho" which was developed in Mie. I bought it at the antenna shop Mie Terrace. Maybe it's just my imagination, but the ginjo aroma is more restrained than I expected. That's why it's round and refreshing through the throat.

I just met it for the first time last autumn. It is a refreshing sake with no habits and is easy to drink. It's easy to drink, so it's OK for a quick drink or as a mid-meal sake. At the moment, we have two bottles in our sake cellar (just a vegetable room in the fridge). The day when they run out is coming soon.
