Tsugi松
A sake from Mie Prefecture.
A refreshing sake with a soft, elegant sweetness from the rice that goes well down the throat. The aroma is not overpowering, so it can be served hot or cold.
My sake must be Tohoku! This is a series that broke through my preconceived notion that my sake should be Tohoku. It's the kind of sake you can't resist drinking when you see it.
I ran into it at a liquor store in a neighboring town. The next time I went there, it was already gone. I guess the timing was good.
