The dark flavor spreads in the mouth.
It has a fruity and mild sweetness, with a refreshing acidity after that.
Jikin is a fantastic sake for me.
Sometimes you can find empty bottles lined up at the entrance of an izakaya, but there are few places where you can actually drink it in my area.
It's the kind of sake that I'd definitely drink if I saw it alongside "Sakusaku".
I want to see you again somewhere.
This time, I went to Ise City in Mie Prefecture last autumn and drank it standing up.
I envy the people in Mie Prefecture.
