Tsugi松
Sake from Akita Prefecture. It is a Junmai Ginjo brewed with Miyamanishiki.
It is said that its name comes from "the most delicious sake made from white rice and water". It is really deep.
It is an honest rice sake with no strange habits. If I were to use an analogy, I'd say it's like a senior who can be relied on for anything 😀 .
I think it's a good sake for a meal.
