Tsugi松
It is a sake of Mie Prefecture. It is brewed with Omachi.
It is an elegant sake with a nice blend of two kinds of Junmai Ginjo. The taste is fruity and gorgeous. You can enjoy the aroma and taste.
Saku is the type of sake that you would expect from Tohoku. It is one of the sake that broke through my preconceived notion that sake should be Tohoku.
The taste is unexpected in a good way.
There are many good sake everywhere in Japan.
I bought it at a liquor store in front of Ise City Station in Mie Prefecture.
