Tsugi松
Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of the bottle, so I'm not sure if you can tell, but this is the Jo-Sen Nakurayama.
It was so good that I had to have another one.
This sake is from Aizu Wakamatsu in Fukushima. It's brewed with Hitomebore.
It has little aroma, but it has a pleasant sweetness. The flavor soaks through quickly.
At a popular izakaya in Jujo. Skewered pork cutlets, nuta, and meat tofu. This is the kind of restaurant you want to pass on to the next generation.
