A private product of OK Store. I bought it because of the cosy price of 1,800 yen for a bottle of Junmai Daiginjo. At best, it may be Kyoto's refined sake, but it has no ginjo aroma and is light and almost watery. It is easy to drink, but if you are looking for presence in sake, it is not enough.

As the reviews say, it is indeed close to Hana-yoku, but lacks flavor, acidity, sweetness and complexity, leaving the impression that it is a bit lacking. However, considering the ease of availability, it is not a problem.

Special Junmai from Kita-Akita. It has a subtle ginjo aroma, sweetness, umami, and sharpness. Considering that it was about 1,200 yen for a bottle at a supermarket with a 3-discount, it is a great costumer's item. Personally, I found it best when it was slightly cooler than room temperature, as the bitterness would stand out if it was too chilled.

It has a clean taste. Although it has little aroma and richness, it is an easy-drinking sake that matches the situation of playing in the sea and drinking seafood as a side dish. It is best served at room temperature, as the bitterness is accentuated if it is too cold, and the alcohol taste is too strong if it is warmed.

The Junmai Daiginjo flavor. It has a gorgeous aroma, sweetness, a little carbonation, and a strong finish. It has the full flavor of a Kuheiji, but the umami is thicker than that of a junmai-daiginjo. Suitable for aperitifs.

The best food sake. It was delicious with bonito tataki, but it was also great with natto (fermented soybeans), giving it a fruity and clean taste. The difference between the special junmai and junmai ginjo was significant, but the difference between junmai ginjo and junmai daiginjo was not as great as the price.

By itself, it has a delicious rice flavor, aroma, and transparency, but it has a lot of miscellaneous tastes. The umami can be better appreciated when combined with salty foods. Marriage with dried horse mackerel.
