The apple sake I had on my trip to Ise was too good! 🍎✨ It's a genuine junmai ginjo with apples added to it, and it has an apple flavor and aroma that makes it extremely easy to drink! But I didn't feel like the apples were distracting from the sake, it was completely sake in the mouthfeel! It's so strange! I wanted to buy some to take home, but none of the liquor stores I visited around Ise Jingu had it... Is this a rare one...?

It's a sweet sake with a hint of nigori. It's a sweet sake that is easy to drink🙆️without any strange taste. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but it's a good idea. I'd like to drink this again! I'm sure you'll agree.

This was! This was the biggest dry hit I've had in a long time! Just the right amount of dryness, a flavor that spreads in your mouth, but not too peculiar, and a slight sweetness that you can taste in balance ☺️Delicious! It's only available in the Echigo Yuzawa area. I'm sure I'll be repeating this in the future✨.
