I have only two years of sake experience, so I know what I am talking about.
When I think of Hatsushibori
I think of "fresh" as one word.
But it tastes different from what I think of as fresh.
It's full of the freshness of the sake's yeast yeast yeast.
Today's homemade gyoza (dumplings) is a nice combination!
Actually, I have been drinking too much unique Tsuchida in a row (I may not have given it to sake crocodile), so I stayed away from it for a while, but I enjoyed it.
I enjoyed it very much.
I am so happy.
