Tonight I'm having a fatty salmon (commoner!), a
fried potatoes with garlic, Caesar salad, and stew.
Garlic stir-fry, Caesar salad, and stew.
I had some sweet potatoes that I had blanched before the rice was ready, and they were delicious!
The clean, umami (sweet) and simple taste of sweet potato made me happy.
