I really wanted to buy the shot beauty, but I couldn't afford the stones.
It is light. It seems to become a little rounded as the temperature rises. The aroma is moderate.
The price of 1200 yen is very reasonable.
It is almost a juice.
Alcohol 6% Mr. Fujioka of Amami told me that he used to make it, so I tried it. It was made to go with a local dish called "kotsuke-tori" (chicken with bones) in Kagawa.
I usually drink it in a wine glass, but this was served in a rocks glass with ice.
It is a sake that I would love to drink in the summer.
I failed to open the bottle🙀 and skipped the lid.
It was more bubbly-foamy-swishy than I imagined.
Oh no. Delicious. The aroma was gorgeous, but elegant. I shouldn't have compared it with Hana-yoso, but the aroma is not that great, but it has a very elegant taste. It is really a great sake. It also changes between the supernatant and cloudy portions. The supernatant part was close to white wine, while the cloudy part tasted sweet like juice. It is a sake that I drink too much of.
This is the first time I have had Hanayo and as you said, the gorgeousness and aroma are wonderful. I felt it was a step different from the gorgeousness of other sake.
The aftertaste is smooth and you can drink as much as you want. I can see why it is so popular.
This baby came with the sake I wanted, but it is excellent for a honjozo.
The aroma is not that high in comparison to the sweetness.
It leaves a lingering bitter taste.
It is highly fragrant and gorgeous. The fruity aroma makes you think it's sweet, but it's actually light and dry. When you roll it around in your mouth, the aroma and sweetness spread like wildfire.
It is delicious.
Strawberries. Sweet. Delicious. Interesting.
It's so strawberryy that it makes me think there's coloring or flavoring in it. Red yeast (adenine-requiring yeast)? I wonder what happens when you use red yeast.
As you say, it's easy to drink. It has a low alcohol content of 10%, but it is so easy to drink that it is dangerous. I think I'll buy a bottle next year.
I think it would be fun to have a cherry blossom viewing party under the cherry blossom trees after the Corona disaster.
I hope we will be able to do it in the spring of 2023.
Yamamoto for the first time.
And then we compared No.6 and No.7.
The No. 6 was crisper than the No. 7 and had a lingering aftertaste. It has a pleasant slight bitterness.
No. 7 is soft and round. It has no corners. It has a pineapple feeling in its aroma. It is an all-around food wine.
Which one you prefer depends on your taste? There is no doubt that both are easy to drink and delicious.
As the temperature rises, both become even milder.
This is an amateur's personal opinion.
Wings are more like fluffy feathers than sharp ones.
It is a fruity and round drink. It has a good release feeling and no alcohol feeling at all, so you can drink more and more.
It is simply delicious.
