It is almost a juice.
Alcohol 6% Mr. Fujioka of Amami told me that he used to make it, so I tried it. It was made to go with a local dish called "kotsuke-tori" (chicken with bones) in Kagawa.
I usually drink it in a wine glass, but this was served in a rocks glass with ice.
It is a sake that I would love to drink in the summer.
