It's so strawberryy that it makes me think there's coloring or flavoring in it. Red yeast (adenine-requiring yeast)? I wonder what happens when you use red yeast.
As you say, it's easy to drink. It has a low alcohol content of 10%, but it is so easy to drink that it is dangerous. I think I'll buy a bottle next year.
I think it would be fun to have a cherry blossom viewing party under the cherry blossom trees after the Corona disaster.
I hope we will be able to do it in the spring of 2023.
