When I visit a brewery, I always end up buying keg drafts and sold by volume (🥰).
The Houraisen Shiboritate I drank the other day was dry even though it was said to be sweet, so I bought the sweeter of the two varieties that were sold by volume, but I was a little nervous.
and it is still a little spicy, but it's a refreshingly light and dry ✨👍.
I paired it with sake meuniere and oden. It goes well with meals 🥰.
Impression of the sake by itself is in charge of shinsaku3💕.
