May 4 Left early in the morning to watch Akita Northern Happinet vs Chiba Jets in Akita Prefecture 🚗. We made it in time for the game to start at 14:00, but there were no more free seats 😢. On the way home, since I was in Akita Prefecture, I stopped by a liquor store and bought Kakuemon and Fukukomachi, which I had been curious about for a while. I later realized that both were products of the Kimura Sake Brewery. I didn't know that (^^;) Yaaaa~^ ^ It was more than I expected. Kakuemon is delicious 😋 I will buy this one again.

Souvenir from my brother who came to Akita prefecture to play with a camper ( ^ω^ ) He bought it because he liked the naming of it. As you could imagine from the brand name and the label, the aroma is distinctive. From the aroma alone, I could tell that it was dry and had a high sake content. The taste is dry and very sharp. Akita Prefecture has a lot of really good sake!

During the first half of GW, I went to the Mashiko pottery market in Tochigi Prefecture. There were so many people, so many people, so many people. I wonder how many tens of thousands of people are there. (I was so excited.) On the way back from the pottery market, we went to Tonoike Sake Brewery. It's been 5 years since I've been here. There was also a brand called Mashiko, and I couldn't decide which one to choose, so I decided on this one ^ ^. Good sharpness, good aroma, and yes, delicious.

Craft saké made with local grapes from Shiwa-machi, Iwate Prefecture ^ ^. Sake is clean and refreshing. The sweetness of the grapes and the sweetness of the rice are blended together to create a refreshing, light flavor. The layer series, which means layers, is made by adding a variety of secondary ingredients such as fruits and fermenting them together. We look forward to the future development of this series.

Purchased at the outlet of the Asa Kaikai warehouse market held on April 13. I think this is the third bottle of this brand ^ ^. I like the taste. It is a little bit strong at 17°C (17°F) in the original bottle. It is also very tasty out of season, autumn-agari.

I bought it because the label said that the sake rice "Yamadaho" from Hyogo Prefecture was not polished too much to bring out the full potential of the rice. It has a very delicious, clean taste and a gaseous sensation.

A gift from my sister. In February, I went all the way to Aichi Prefecture to buy it.... I didn't know it was sold in Miyako City...(⌒-⌒; ) I compared it with Otters.... Ummm, yummy! Both are too good!

My best friend gave me a souvenir from Nikko (^^) I learned about it for the first time. This sake is called Ten-Taka. It has a mellow aroma and a slightly dry taste. It was very nice as a food sake. Thank you, Yachan!

Limited once a year project. Shibori this morning (^^) 100% Gin-Otome from Iwate Prefecture. Gorgeous aroma. Fresh, clean and crisp taste. Goes well with cheese and cured ham.

This sake had a very deep story. The person who created this new brewery is Yuki Hirai. Today is the day of the release of its new sake ^ ^. His parents' company, Kiku no Tsukasa Brewery Co., Ltd. had to give up the business a few years ago due to difficult business conditions, despite dramatic improvements in quality. However, they moved to Shiwa Town, the place where the family's roots were established, and revived the tsukuri warehouse left behind in the Hizume-Hirai Residence, a nationally designated important cultural property, as a craft saké brewery over 100 years ago. Sigma. The base lineup of Hiiroku Brewery bears the word "revive," meaning revival. All the rice used is Iwate rice. Polished white rice is brewed using the ever-evolving ginjo technique inherited from the Nanbu Touji clan and long-lasting low-temperature fermentation. The sake has a dignified and gorgeous aroma and a fresh sweetness. It is named for the endless possibilities of brewing sake. The taste is simply delicious. I hope everyone gets to taste it at least once.

Today I went to my favorite liquor store again. I went there for Akabu, but it was already sold out... There were many different variations of purple air available, so I tried to pick up some purple air, but my wife... I was about to pick up a bottle of Shihuyu when my wife said, "Hey, this Yamamoto was here last year, but we didn't end up drinking it..." She pointed to two types of unlabeled Yamamoto, one with No. 6 yeast and the other with No. 7 yeast. Hmmm😕 ... I asked the owner about the difference between No. 6 and No. 7, and chose this No. 7. (ω〃) It was a great choice. It was a very delicious and beautiful sake with a gorgeous and subtle gassy taste 😋.

I bought it at Aizuya in Koriyama City. I like the feeling of being made with care and attention to detail in the tank shibori. It has a good balance of umami, sweetness, and acidity, and it has a nice sharp aftertaste, making it perfect for a mealtime sake.

On the way back from Aichi Prefecture, I stopped in Koriyama City and bought it at Izumiya. I had actually planned to buy a local sake from Fukushima Prefecture, but at first glance, I decided I wanted to compare this one with Kameizumi, which I had bought the day before. It is refreshing with a gaseous and sour taste, and has a sharp, clean finish. It has a unique flavor with a strong alcohol content that is clearly noticeable ( ˊ̱˂˃˃˃).
