There are many good sake breweries in Akita Prefecture.
This Fukkomachi, which I bought along with Kakuemon, which was quite good 😋.
The cospa was also good ^_^.
We enjoyed comparing the drinks😊.

I was under the impression that Fukkomachi is a food sake and Kakuemon is chilled and served in a wine glass ❗️ ^ ^.
This is just my personal impression with no taste buds.
