I came all the way to Aichi Prefecture. However, it was not a trip, but to help my daughter move to a new house. In between visits, I went to Shimojoya in Toyohashi City. It was my first visit. This was my wife's second visit. I was going to buy some local sake from Aichi, but... I picked up a bottle of Kameizumi, which I had wanted to try at least once. I never thought I would come across it here...(*^^*) Cheers with my wife at my daughter's apartment 🥂. Ahhh, as I thought, it tastes as good as its reputation. I should have bought another bottle ˊ̱˂˃˃.

Looking back at my check-in, it was the first Houou Mita in about a year. This time, it was apparently a limited edition that is only wholesaled to special dealers. It was a beautiful sake carefully made with the rice producers. I am grateful for the seriousness with which it was made. I am just grateful. Thank you very much.

Today's second bottle is Kore, St. The aroma of the just opened bottle is fruity and tropical. The fresh gasiness of new sake is pleasant (#^. ^#) It was a dangerous ⚠️ taste that I would drink it in gulps.

I've been looking at your comments and I've been wanting to drink it someday 🍶. Finally, finally, my wish came true (*'oo'*). It's just as it's supposed to be. It's good 😋. The sharp sweetness matches the meat dishes and is, to put it mildly, the best decision I've ever made.

My first lucky draw this year. I am not a lucky person in raffles, but sometimes I win. When I went to the liquor store where I always go, I found a line of sake bottles and cups for the raffle prizes. I bought a bottle of the sake I wanted and immediately drew the lottery. Inside the box was a huge amount of lots. I didn't think I would win if I saw this. I rummaged around in the back of the box, picked up one, and opened it up, It said "8th prize" (*'oo'*). The prize was this, a bottle of Shoyuki ‼️ I had never seen this sake before, but it seems to be produced by Mr. Junetsu Yamakage, a famous toji (master brewer) in the Nanbu region of Shizuoka. It is said that it tastes better lukewarm than chilled, but for now, I served it crisp and chilled. I felt that the taste matched with various dishes.

It is a beautiful bottle, so I bought it without a second thought. It has a subtle sweetness and a sharp aftertaste. It was a perfect bottle for New Year's.

Shohei Otani was born in Iwate Prefecture. Iwate's big star is now a world star🌍. Asakai, a sake brewery in Iwate, has been selling MVP labels to commemorate Otani's MVP, and today is the last day. This morning, when the Dodgers got the breaking news, I went to buy it as soon as the store opened, and to my surprise, ‼️ Special labels commemorating the Dodgers move today only... 🔥. Nama, raw, 17%. I had to buy both of them! When I ordered, the waiter said, I put the labels on in a hurry this morning..." and she bottled it on the spot. and bottled it on the spot. I wonder if this is for New Year's. I'll keep the empty bottle as a souvenir.

Local liquor store on the line... ♪ Fruity flavor and a slight effervescence. Highly recommended for those who want a little sweet nigori! I heard that it is a very good choice for those who want to drink a little bit sweet and a little bit tangy. I had to try it! The last day of the Tokyo trip. Ahhh. Finally, I'm back home! Thinking about tomorrow's work...>_< But I finally got Kamo Nishiki at K-Numa Sake Shop in Tokyo. I couldn't find it even though I went all the way to Niigata and looked for it so much. Easily. I was still very satisfied with the taste as I expected.

The third day of my trip to Tokyo. Went to a well-known liquor store and made a purchase. The first time I went to K-Numa Sake Shop, there are a lot of sake I want to drink! (#^. ^#) Aged sake is delicious and has its own unique taste. I found out later that it needs to be kept chilled but tastes great lukewarm.

Yo. ‼️ Holy shit, I've been waiting for this! Yesterday I received the notice that the new Purple Space sake is now available for sale. The first of the 2023 brewing year's Murasakyu series Hatsu Shibori Sugitama Label This new sake is brewed with the famous sake rice "Gohyakumangoku" and Iwate yeast "Giovanni no Chikara". I definitely want to drink it! I went to the liquor store in the morning. I got it safely. I took a sip while eating cheese takkarbi for dinner (#^. ^#) Freshness, umami, beautiful acidity It's the best 😀!
