My wife found on Instagram a delightful one with high cost performance ^ ^.
The rice used for the brewing of this sake is "non-standard rice", so it is not a sake with a specific name (junmai-shu), but is treated as "ordinary sake".
It tastes and smells like a summer sake.

Kusatsu Onsen Yubata Anzai Shoten
After hearing a lot from the friendly shopkeeper, I decided to buy a second bottle,
I chose this one for my second bottle ^ ^.
It is said to be the best conditioned sake in the first half of 2024, with a mild fruity aroma and a soft mouthfeel.
The "No. 67" is the number of the vat in which the sake is stored.

I told the kind waitress what I liked and asked her to introduce me to the sake, and I wanted to drink them all!
I decided to drink only two bottles here and chose this rare one👍.
This sake is a collaboration between two top breweries in Maebashi, Gunma Prefecture, Yanagisawa Shuzo and Machida Shuzo, who share the brewing process. The "M" stands for the first letter of "Maebashi" and the first letters of "Yuto" and "Machida Shuzo," which are brewed by the two breweries respectively.
Apparently, this is the last time this project will be held...
It tastes like aged sake.

It seems that this sake was pre-released at the "Craft Sake Week 2024" held at Roppongi Hills.
It seems to be the one of the "SAKE NOMIY" supervised by Mr. Hidetoshi Nakata, and I was lucky enough to get a bottle this time.
The freshness, gasiness, and gentle effervescence are amazing. And it tastes great!
