☆☆☆☆☆ brewed with white malted rice It is dryer than expected and can be used as a food sake. It's low in alcohol, crisp and tasty. I don't really like summer sake, but I like Hizirizm's shwashy summer sake. I hope it doesn't have too much potential and become a hard-to-find sake in the future.
