I bought it as a souvenir when I went back to my hometown.... I bought it as a souvenir when I went back to my hometown.... That was my honest impression! As the name "Hana ni Koishite" (in love with flowers) and the gorgeous cherry blossom label suggest, the aroma is gorgeous, and in a good way, it has a soft impression not unlike sake made by Tsukiyotan in Kochi. It was described on the box, As a Kochi native, I was also happy to learn about the life of Tomitaro Makino and the origin of Shibotan. Mitsuaki Tanaka encouraged the brewery by saying, "It is mellow under the sun and should be the king of sake from now on," and named the brewery "Botan is the king of all flowers, and Tsukasa Botan is the master of all flowers. Now and in the past, we still want to support our hometown sake and hometown breweries!

It is mellow, acidic and casual. On the other hand, it is dry, like old-fashioned sake 😺. The impression is exactly what we were aiming for. The aroma lingers on the tongue and is pleasant, making it easy to drink. Ah, it was a good time for a handsome man.

In addition to winning the Champion Sake at the 2010 International Wine Challenge (IWC), Ginsen has also won various domestic and international awards for its other sake products. It was introduced on the popular TV program "Gaia no Yoake" (Dawn of Gaia) as a sake brewery with its eyes on the world. I was looking forward to visiting the brewery... Ho-ho... aromatic and mild... Dark - sweet? Umami? The sweetness and umami spread softly throughout my mouth, giving me a good feeling. I like to drink light and dry sakes quickly, but it is also a good time to savor such sakes slowly. I enjoyed it very much!

The aroma is very fruity. In the mouth... it is dry with quite a bit of alcohol. What do you prefer? Cold sake <Cold sake The alcohol taste is mellowed and it is easier to drink. The toji's name on the label is also somewhat tantalizing. Ah, I am happy to be able to sip such a good sake ♡.

Served cold! It's refreshingly dry. I like it! The aroma spreads quickly, but it disappears without any aftertaste. No wonder it has won a gold medal at the "Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Award" for the past few years. As the sake gets a little tepid, it gives a mellow impression. When I looked it up, I found that it was also introduced in "Gaia no Yoake" (Dawn of Gaia)... Next time, I would definitely like to try it lukewarm!

Good evening, Mr. Taiyo. Masanochi by Sakuho is delicious 🎵. It has a great aroma and the sweetest flavor ✨. Saku is one of the sake that got me hooked on sake, so I totally understand the luxury 😊. Sake is fun 🍶.

It is very clear and goes in smoothly, with a slight tang and a pleasant spiciness. However, although it is spicy, it is not so spicy that it makes you feel a sharp pain, but rather it is mild and moderately accented. The spiciness gradually spreads as the water gets warmer. Both were delicious!

When you uncork the bottle, you hear a "pop". You will feel a refreshing carbonated taste. The fruity aroma, reminiscent of a sweet sake, spreads vertically at first...but then the mellow aroma spreads horizontally and horizontally. This is a type of sake I have never had before... Perhaps it is because it is a sake made with hard water? It is mellow and has a slight bitterness. It tastes in many different directions... The alcohol content is also strong. The more you drink, the drier it becomes. I regret that my writing skills are not good enough to describe this charm...

The aroma is modest, but the flavor is strong and intense, and the alcohol is strong. However, it is fruity. However, it is also fruity and refreshing, without being sluggish in the mouth. Oops! As time goes by, the sake gradually becomes soft and fluffy. This is just the way it is. Yeah, no wonder this is so popular. Delicious, delicious.

Three bottles of Yamagata sake in a row. Seasonal Nama Sake. Nama-shu" = "freshly pressed" without being heated, and as the name implies, it has a fresh aroma. The mild flavor slowly spreads on the palate and finishes dry. The more you drink, the more spiciness accumulates in your mouth. It was a good sake that will make you feel comfortable and intoxicated!

When you put it in your mouth, it first tingles on the tip of your tongue. After that, it has a slightly lumpy texture peculiar to unfiltered sake. However, in general, it is light, fruity, and easy to drink. However, it seems a little more alcoholic than the Japanese food we usually drink... Please be a little careful not to get drunk.

The label is gold and cool. It took about 5 years, finally. The last one is a sake brewery in the capital - Tokyo. It is a smooth, unctuous sake that goes in easily. Now I've conquered all the sake breweries in the 47 prefectures of Japan! Yay! On the other hand, I feel a little sad... What should I aim for next... Once you have conquered all 47 prefectures, I would love to know what you are aiming for next. But having said that, I'm still happy! We did it!

Happy New Year! 2023, the first of the New Year, Kiido! I see that this is read as "Ki-Do". I had thought it was "Ki-Do" due to my lack of study. It is very clear, no resistance at all, no cloying taste, and really goes in with a swoosh. After that, peach? Melon? The fresh fruitiness like peach or melon is fully felt. This is delicious! Very elegant and a delicious sake that I would recommend to anyone. I wish you a good year.

It is the only sake brewery in Okinawa, the southernmost tip of Japan. I have longed for a sake from Okinawa. Miyako Blue Nuts, a souvenir from Okinawa, as a side dish. Awamori, please. This is quite...alcoholic. The alcohol lingers in your mouth for a while after you finish it. Now, two more prefectures to go!

This is my first time drinking the bearded version. At first, I drank it cold, but it tasted more bitter than I expected compared to the red version. However, when it is served a bit lukewarm afterwards, it is... delicious. It has an elegant sweetness, a moderate bitterness, and a lingering umami flavor. Delicious.

Cold. Yes, easy to drink. It was not for a special occasion, but a delicious sake to be enjoyed on a daily basis. Oda?" I thought, "Oda?" for a Gunma sake, but I see that it has such a history. I thought, "Oda?" but I see that it has such a history. I learned a lot. LOL! Nevertheless, it was a fun way to cap off a good day, my sister-in-law's wedding today!
