I bought it as a souvenir when I went back to my hometown.... I bought it as a souvenir when I went back to my hometown.... That was my honest impression! As the name "Hana ni Koishite" (in love with flowers) and the gorgeous cherry blossom label suggest, the aroma is gorgeous, and in a good way, it has a soft impression not unlike sake made by Tsukiyotan in Kochi. It was described on the box, As a Kochi native, I was also happy to learn about the life of Tomitaro Makino and the origin of Shibotan. Mitsuaki Tanaka encouraged the brewery by saying, "It is mellow under the sun and should be the king of sake from now on," and named the brewery "Botan is the king of all flowers, and Tsukasa Botan is the master of all flowers. Now and in the past, we still want to support our hometown sake and hometown breweries!
