We compared the Hirotogawa nigori sake from a year ago, which had been sitting at the bottom of the fridge, with this year's new sake. It is still a bit stiff after a year, and the sweetness has rounded out, making it delicious. The acidity is a little stronger this year. Conclusion: Both are delicious!
