Sake rice: 100% Yamadanishiki Alcohol content: 15 I found this sake at Yaoko near my house and bought it on impulse. It had a strong sweet aroma and I thought it would be sweet, but when I drank it, I found it to be dry. It was very easy to drink because of its strong flavor and gorgeous aroma. It is delicious by itself, but I thought it would be better to drink it with light Japanese food if you want to match it with a meal.

Rice polishing ratio 50%. Ingredients: 100% Gin-no-Iroha Alcohol content 16%. I bought this at Sake no Yamaya. It is not carbonated, but very slightly fizzy. It is somewhat dry and has a deep flavor, but it also has a sharpness that is satisfying whether you drink it with Japanese food or just by itself.

100% Takananishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 14%. Sake degree +3.5 Acidity 1.2 We purchased this sake at a nearby supermarket. It is light and dry, with few peculiarities, and can be easily matched with a variety of meals. It is just right to drink with a slightly strong-flavored meal.
