I bought this at a liquor store on my way home.
From the aroma, I could sense the strength of its umami.
When I drank it, I found it to be just as mellow and umami as I had imagined. However, it does not leave an aftertaste that is more than necessary, and it goes down very well.
If you alternate it with small plates at Japanese-style pubs, it seems to complete a perpetual machine.
