There was a liquor store near the fish shop where I went shopping, and I couldn't resist purchasing this sake because it was on sale from October 25.
It is a honjozo and contains brewer's alcohol, but I did not notice any harsh taste.
The alcohol content is very high, but it was refreshing and easy to drink.
I paired it with sashimi and it went very well.
I thought that Tokyo's sake is not to be underestimated.
