This sake is made by the same company as Jikin, Kiyamasa Shuzo.
It is a little less aromatic and umami than Jikin and more of a food sake, but it is very tasty!
I spent a happy time with this rare sake. ☺️
I had Hitogokochi last time and this time I had Kinmon-nishiki.
It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and I can taste the umami of the rice.
I found a good sake.
