It is a favorite sake with a good balance of rice sweetness, acidity, and umami!
It has a fruity mouthfeel but also a strong sake flavor, and the aftertaste is clean and refreshing, as is typical of Ihyakumangoku!
This is my most recommended sake at the moment 😊.
I wish there was a four-pack bottle!
