Mutsu Hassen. I found it at a liquor store in Kichijoji and bought it. It was served with crab hot pot. It is neat. It's really neat and it goes in easily. Light carbonation and banana aroma. The best!

We got Hakurakusei from Kawasaki-cho, Miyagi Prefecture, as a hometown tax payment! It's the ultimate food sake, and it's refreshing, but with a gentle sweetness from the rice. It's more like a fruit aroma.

It's a junmai sake, but it tastes very refreshing. The motsu nabe we ate together tastes even better. I've been drinking a lot of sweet sake lately, so I wondered if this was a dry one. As it is a sake from Ishinomaki, the key word is likely to be "recovery".

It's been a long time since I've had a good drink. It's sweet like fruit and feels like a tangy carbonation that I like. I also really liked the SDG-like concept and the way the story fascinated me, including the collaboration with art. Best!
